Senior Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

As a key member of the Curefit team, the Senior Sales and Revenue Growth Manager will drive the overall sales of the category, ensuring target achievements across various sales platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve category targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance on different marketplaces
- Negotiate commission structures and CODB with sales platforms
- Manage stakeholder relationships and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analyze competition data to inform listing strategies
- Provide recommendations to enhance reviews and rankings, and implement SEO best practices
- Monitor stock levels and implement inventory control processes to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Work closely with the product team to influence internal product sourcing strategy
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in sales and revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience with online marketplaces, seller, and vendor portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
