Job Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for Shriram Properties Limited.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

    You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to identify new opportunities and maximize sales performance.


Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

    Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.

    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

    Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

    Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.

    Conduct sales training and development programs for team members.

    Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    5 + years of experience in sales, with at least [Y] years in a management role.

    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

    Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
