Role Requirements:

We're seeking an experienced Manager - Sales with a knack for motivating others to meet sales goals and drive target figures.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Coaching sales team members to reach their full potential

•⁠ ⁠Supporting and motivating sales agents to ensure success within their deals

•⁠ ⁠Revisiting targets and addressing challenges to meet weekly, fortnightly, and monthly goals

•⁠ ⁠Ensuring Sales Associates' motivation and performance

•⁠ ⁠Salesmanship: training sales personnel to build rapport, establish client trust, and make regular sales

•⁠ ⁠Team Management: overseeing sales team targets and handling issues related to team members' target figures

•⁠ ⁠Regular feedback for Sales Associates

•⁠ ⁠Managing Escalations and bridging the gap with PM teams and Owner sales teams

•⁠ ⁠Feedback for and from Property Management Team

•⁠ ⁠Measuring and managing team performance using leading indicators (TAT, Visits)

Requirements:

A successful candidate should possess:

Compensation:

Fixed salary (depending on interview)
