**Job Title:** Cluster Sales Manager

**About the Role:**

As a Cluster Sales Manager at Olive by Embassy, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with corporate and key individual customers. Your primary objective will be to generate sales opportunities by networking with hoteliers, bookers, and decision makers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain a robust database of current and potential guests/accounts to inform targeted sales efforts.

* Identify key customer needs and secure feedback through sales calls and meetings.

* Assist in developing and implementing sales plans to increase sales, customer retention, and cost efficiency.

* Produce regular MIS reports to track sales performance.

* Implement effective filing and lead tracking systems within the sales department.

* Utilize knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue.

**Requirements:**

* Graduate degree.

* Minimum 3-6 years of sales experience in hotels in Bangalore.
