Revenue Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Leader to join our team at Recruin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy that leverages marketing, sales, and customer success to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead and manage high-performing marketing and sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 9-11 years of experience in a revenue leadership role within a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing revenue growth strategies.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales principles.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing marketing and sales teams.
