Job Description

The role of a Growth & Partnerships Associate is designed for individuals who want to work directly with the founders on growth, partnerships, and go-to-market execution. This high-ownership, execution-first role is ideal for smart, fast-moving graduates from top-tier colleges.

As a Growth & Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, supporting partnerships, managing GTM workflows, and enabling cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will be deeply involved in partnership structuring, outreach, client success initiatives, and operational enablement with an expectation of hands-on ownership and fast execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth & GTM Execution
  • Support outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team.
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Track progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.
  • Assist in designing and executing growth campaigns across markets.
Partnership & Strategic Projects:
  • Support founders in structuring partnership proposals, GTM plans, and strategic collaborations.
  • Research and identify potential ecosystem partners, events, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Prepare partner decks, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives.
  • Track partnership outcomes and ensure follow-ups with stakeholders.
Business Analytics & Reporting:
  • Build and maintain trackers for pipeline, partnership progress, and growth KPIs.
  • Prepare dashboards, review decks, and performance reports for founders and investors.
  • Provide insights into market/competition analysis to inform GTM strategy.
Operational Support for Growth:
  • Coordinate founder calendars around growth and partnership deliverables.
  • Ensure real-time visibility on all live growth projects through structured updates.
  • Assist in event/project exposure such as roadshows, conferences, and client showcases.
Documentation & Communication:
  • Create SOPs for outreach, partnerships, and client onboarding processes.
  • Maintain central documentation for GTM workflows, sales enablement, and proposals.
  • Draft crisp updates, decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, BITS, IIMs, SRCC, St. Stephens, Ashoka, ISBF, etc.)
  • 0–1 year of work experience (internship or project exposure in consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships is a plus)
  • Strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownership
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM tools
  • High energy, urgency, and ability to multitask across sales, partnerships, and GTM workflows
