The Role

This role is a key enabler to help our merchant ecosystem become successful by using our marketing stack to target users for acquisition and distribute offers to increase transactions. In particular, this role owns the contextualized rewards ecosystem in multiple form factors from thousands of merchants - discount offers, promotions and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive rewards aggregation in multiple form factors - discount offers, banner ads, gift cards, memberships, merchant-funded reward points or cashback and more, and rewards distribution through multiple publishing channels.
  • Collaborate with the Merchant Alliances team to create and maintain partnerships with a wide range of merchants and retailers across geographies, categories and industries.
  • Ensure product-market fit for key use cases based on user feedback and market trends.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for individual programs.
  • Demonstrate rewards performance to key merchant partners on a regular basis, establishing key performance indicators for individual merchant programs.
  • Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth of Offers and advertisements.
  • Owning initiatives end to end, work with cross-functional teams, optimise, execute and deliver campaigns.
  • Design and implement tactical offers and rewards programs campaigns for each Customer Bank, Fintech or Payment Network with a goal to increase user acquisition, retention, engagement and revivals across each merchant partner through their campaigns.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 Years of overall experience of which 3 years in Growth Partnership Alliances Business Development space focused around merchants or users.
  • Prior experience in 0 to 1 product establishment scenarios.
  • Ability to source deals, onboard partners, merchant-funded offers and working closely with merchants to manage marketing campaign funnels, increase distribution and transactions redemptions - related metrics.
  • Program management experience and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively on multiple external and internal Business requirements.
  • High energy team player with demonstrated ability to forge deep relationships with multiple stakeholders across marquee merchant accounts and driving revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment.
  • Analytical capability to deal with the technical, contractual, and financial aspect of the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to effectively think strategically and influence cross-functional teams such as Operations, Solutions, Product etc so as to have the required prioritisation accorded.
  • Willing to travel to meet with merchants, banks.
