Job Title: Enterprise Monitoring Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Monitoring Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering monitoring and observability solutions to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering outcomes and providing technical expertise to the Monitoring & Observability service. They will be the trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring delivery in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement monitoring and observability solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the Monitoring & Observability service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Observability tools, AI Ops, Log aggregation, and Application Performance Monitoring
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell scripts, or Java
  • DevOps skills, including Infra as Code and CI/CD pipeline development
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
