Job Title: Enterprise File Transfer Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Enterprise File Transfer Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing file transfer processes, configuring MFT workflows, and providing support to internal users and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation on file transfer processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on file transfer activities and performance metrics to ensure optimal workflow efficiency.
- MFT Operations: Configure and monitor MFT workflows for secure file transfers across internal and external systems.
- Automation and Scripting: Write basic scripts (e.g., in Python or Shell) to automate file movement, error handling, and notifications.
- User Support: Provide timely and effective support to internal users and external partners for file transfer setups and issues.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering Technology or Master of Computer Applications or equivalent degree.
- Critical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of MFT platforms, knowledge of FTP, SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS protocols, and basic scripting skills in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
