Job Title: Senior Consultant- Transfer Pricing

Job Description:

  • Support senior leadership and middle management across tax and advisory functions in the region.
  • Work on transfer pricing (TP) case laws, litigation matters, rulings, and data assessments.
  • Analyze and prepare business proposals; present recommendations using multiple data sources.
  • Review advisory reports, legal/technical articles, and legal submissions.
  • Conduct comprehensive transfer pricing advisory engagements and tax reviews for clients.
  • Ensure quality of team deliverables, including compliance and advisory documentation.
  • Plan and allocate resources based on project requirements.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and maintain professional integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Indian transfer pricing, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Indian income tax laws and global transfer pricing guidelines
  • Effective project coordination and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Client interaction and relationship management capabilities
  • Ability to conduct research on taxation topics and present clear written analyses
  • Experience in advisory and accounting practices related to tax
