Your Role

- Ensure24x7 uptimeand reliability of the MFT platform for banking operations.
- Usemonitoring tools and scriptsto proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Collaborate withcross-functional teamsfor troubleshooting.
- Maintainsecurity protocolsfor sensitive data transfers.
- Performsystem upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
- Documentsupport processes and configurations.
- Participate inon-call rotationsfor after-hours support.

Your Profile

- 4 to 12years ofHands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT, IBM Sterling Connect:Direct, or Axway MFT
- Familiarity with job scheduling tools like RevSoft.
- Experience withemail automation in MFT platforms.
- Proficiency inAPM tools: Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace.
- Strongscripting skills: Python, Bash.Expertise in encryption setups: PGP, SSH, GPG.
- Experience withinstallation, upgrades, and configuration of MFT platforms.
- Knowledge ofDMZ file gateway and ad-hoc file transfer setups.
- Familiarity withsecure protocols: SFTP, AS2, FTPS.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Understanding ofITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
