Job Title: Innovative Infrastructure Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Lead Infrastructure Engineer. This is a challenging position that demands technical expertise and leadership skills.

About the Role:

  • This individual will act as an individual contributor and lead/coach the team technically.
  • They will provide consultancy & Solutions to customers irrespective of product stack used.
  • The successful candidate will drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables.
  • They will identify toil and develop automated solutions with reduced effort.
  • Troubleshoot level 3 kind of issues for all listed technologies.
  • Experience with AWS Cloud, DevOps, and pipeline using Github actions.
  • Hands-on with Python language.
  • Sound knowledge of different file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 & Connect:Direct.
  • Aware about end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ & basic working knowledge of load-balancer and firewalls.
  • Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software's to latest/required level.
  • Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities.
  • Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation.
  • Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
  • Provide on-call support for priority issues.
  • Understand vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines.
  • Perform Disaster Recovery.
  • Know audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them.

Key Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Experience with MFT tools or GoAnywhere.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure management.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide coaching and guidance.
