Job Title: Enterprise Technology Governance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Technology Governance Specialist to manage internal and external IT audits, maintain and update IT policies, procedures, and architectural documentation, monitor compliance with regulations, and oversee control implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and lead business continuity planning initiatives, phishing simulations, and information security drills.
  • Review vendor contracts for security and regulatory clauses.
  • Guide business units on IT compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely updates to stakeholders and track compliance with evolving regulatory demands.

Requirements:

  1. Manage internal and external IT audits, including regulatory ones like RBI, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
  2. Maintain and update IT policies, procedures, and architectural documentation.
  3. Monitor compliance with regulations, manage exceptions, and oversee control implementations.
  4. Liaise with auditors and stakeholders to close audit findings and ensure timely renewals.

Essential Skills:

  • Risk management and mitigation techniques.
  • Compliance with regulations such as RBI, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
  • Vendor contract review and negotiation.
  • Business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
