Job Title: Enterprise Technology Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Technology Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the organization's regulatory compliance management, security culture, enterprise technology risk, and governance activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of our standards, frameworks, and processes related to regulatory compliance, awareness, and enterprise technology risk across the organization.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Facilitate the management of regulatory compliance and ensure that the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations related to cybersecurity, privacy, and outsourcing.
  • Security Culture: Promote security awareness and facilitate the management of security culture across the organization.
  • Technology Risk: Facilitate the governance of technology risk registers and highlight risks and business impact to relevant stakeholders.
  • Audits: Conduct internal and external audits and track them for closure with corrective actions in place.
  • Regulatory Bodies: Collaborate with regulatory bodies to collect requirements and meet regulatory standards related to cybersecurity and technology.
  • Cohesiveness: Facilitate cohesiveness in bridging the gap between audit, risk, and regulatory compliance activities within the organization.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the definition of vision for the team and play a key role in implementing strategic plans related to enterprise technology risk and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • IT Service Management: Experience in IT service management, enterprise risk management, audit methodologies, regulatory compliance management, and security culture.
  • Education: University degree or equivalent work experience required. Master's degree in business management or equivalent desired.
  • Experience: 8+ years' experience in information security with at least 3 years in the financial industry.
  • Business Acumen: Experience understanding the financial industry, technologies, and specific operations related to banking and finance.
  • Certifications: ISO 27001 lead implementer/auditor, ITIL foundation, CISA, CRISC/CISM/CISSP, CIPP/CIPM/CIPT.
