Job Title: Partnership Development Specialist
OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with parents, ensuring their queries, concerns, and complaints are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage admission registration, track parent grievances, and work closely with the Marketing Team.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales goals and meet annual targets.
- Carry out experiential marketing by conducting school tours, discovery room visits, and parent engagements.
- Oversight of the entire sales process, providing support and guidance where needed.
- Create power points on our growth, values, and strengths for marketing and promotional activities.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering excellent service. They will also have the ability to effectively manage and develop relationships with parents through various channels.
- Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
