Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests as they enter the office, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Provide information about company products and services, answering inquiries regarding services and availability of personnel
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments with clients and staff members
  • Answer telephone calls, transferring them to the appropriate person when necessary

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive, preferably in the education consultancy industry
  • Any graduate qualification, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
