Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to provide front desk support and maintain office operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in India and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Office Coordination: Maintain office supplies, ensure office equipment is functioning correctly, and coordinate with maintenance and IT support when needed.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, including filing documents, updating contact lists, and managing digital and physical files.
- Problem Solving and Adaptability: Quickly think on your feet and adapt to various challenges and tasks that arise.
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Good computer skills, especially in Excel and Word, and proficiency with technology.
- Graduation (any)
- English language proficiency.

Estimated Salary: ₹200,000 - ₹250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
