About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Jitendra Consulting Group in Ahmedabad, India. As a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support at the front desk reception and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk, greeting visitors warmly and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, filing documents and updating contact lists.
  • C coordinate with maintenance and IT support as needed to ensure office equipment is functioning correctly.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
  • A professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good computer skills, especially in Excel and Word.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹400,000 - ₹600,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
