We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Liaison to join our team at TGB Banquets and Hotels Limited.
Company Overview:
TGB Banquets and Hotels Limited is a leading provider of hospitality services, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. As an Administrative Liaison, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office functions.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
- Reporting and Administration: You will report to management and perform various administrative duties, including answering telephone calls, screening and forwarding calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Communication and Guest Services: You will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining the reception area in a tidy and professional manner.
- Document Management and Office Supplies: You will be responsible for copying, scanning, filing documents, and monitoring office supplies.
- Maintenance of SOPs: You will ensure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are in place for each area and are being followed by the team.
- Special Events and Functions: You will assist in planning and implementing procedures for special events and functions held at the sales centre or alternate venue.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Administrative Experience: You should have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Attention to Detail: You must be able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
- Team Player: You must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
