Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Administrative Operations to join our team at Adani Realty in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and implementing administrative strategies and initiatives. They will be responsible for developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulatory standards.

In addition, they will oversee the management of facilities, including maintenance, security, and office infrastructure to create a safe and conducive work environment. They will also lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and productivity.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification in Facility Management or Administration is preferred.
  • No less than 13-15 years of experience in administrative management within the Construction/EPC/Manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in administrative management within Large Corporate Setup/Construction/EPC/Manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of facility management and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the management of facilities, including maintenance, security, and office infrastructure to create a safe and conducive work environment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services and supplies, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various departments with administrative requirements and operational needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments of administrative processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards to maintain a secure and sustainable workplace.
  • Prepare and manage the administrative budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹3,000,000 - ₹5,000,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
