Key Responsibilities- Effective management of the Executive Director's schedule, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics for the Executive Director.
- Assisting with various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and providing administrative support.
- Organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, or other functions that involve the Executive Director's participation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented and resourceful individual with excellent time management skills.
- Familiarity with web research and travel management.
