  • Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics for the Executive Director.
  • Assisting with various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and providing administrative support.
  • Organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, or other functions that involve the Executive Director's participation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and resourceful individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with web research and travel management.
