About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the end-to-end operations of our Sindhubhavan branch.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving branch performance, developing strategies to expand business opportunities, and maintaining detailed reports to track performance and facilitate strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Management:
  • Drive branch performance by achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop strategies to expand business opportunities and market presence.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales & Client Engagement:
  • Lead the sales team to secure new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Address and resolve client escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Design & Execution Oversight:
  • Coordinate with design and project execution teams to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the design team to align expectations.
  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and adherence to budgets.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, projects, and team performance.
  • Prepare and analyze detailed reports on branch performance, client feedback, and operational efficiency.
  • Use data insights to recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring alignment across all departments.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement professional development plans.
  • Escalation Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving internal and external escalations.
  • Identify root causes of issues and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within sales, operations, or project management.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.

Estimated Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month (dependent on experience)
