Travel Desk Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Desk Executive to join our team at Bankai Infotech. As a key member of our travel management department, you will be responsible for coordinating corporate travel arrangements, preparing reports and dashboards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sound knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, and MS Office to efficiently manage travel data and create engaging reports.
- Cultivate expertise in corporate ticketing, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, as well as interactive dashboards, to provide valuable insights into travel trends and patterns.
- Elevate your skills in domestic and international ticketing, visa processing, and other related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Possess any diploma, graduate, or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position requiring 6 days of work per week. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of Bankai Infotech.
Salary:
We offer an attractive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects the company's commitment to rewarding talented professionals like you.
