We are looking for someone with outstanding organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Calendar Management & Scheduling
    • Coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings with precision and poise.
    • Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
    • E nsure the CEO is prepared for all meetings with agendas, presentations, and notes.
  • Communication & Correspondence
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and messages with attention to detail.
    • Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations that exceed expectations.
  • Meeting Coordination
    • Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, board meetings, and other high-level engagements.
    • Take minutes, track action points, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Travel & Logistics Management
    • Plan and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and visa documentation.
    • E nsure all travel-related plans align with the CEO's schedule and commitments.
  • Strategic Support
    • Assist with research, data analysis, and preparation of strategic presentations.
    • Support the CEO in decision-making by gathering and summarizing information.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
    • E nsure a high degree of trust, loyalty, and accountability in all interactions.
  • Project Management
    • Oversee special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Maintain organized records and filing systems.
    • P rocess expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks as required.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with strong attention to detail.
  • Professionalism: High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $**$80,000 - $110,000 per year**, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
