About the Role

This full-time on-site position involves providing administrative support to the executive team, handling phone etiquette, communication, and clerical tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management:Effectively manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events while prioritizing time management.
  • Prioritize and schedule meetings, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel Arrangements:Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Handle visa and passport requirements as needed, preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Communication Management:Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, drafting and proofreading reports and presentations as required.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests on behalf of the executive team.
  • Administrative Tasks:Manage expense reports and reimbursements, handle office supply orders and inventory, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Project Support:Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, conducting research and gathering information as needed.
  • Confidential Matters:Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role, handling sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Excellent administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
  • Clerical skills, with a focus on organization and time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is ₹450,000 - ₹550,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
