Front Office Coordinator

About the Role:
">The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming and managing visitors, handling inbound and outbound phone calls, and maintaining office stationery.

- Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail">
- Manage courier services and maintain accurate records">
- Maintain office supplies and stationery, including procurement and inventory management">
- Ensure the office space is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity">
Requirements:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, preferably in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
">Bachelor's degree in any stream and minimum 1 year of experience in a front office role are mandatory. Proficiency in MS Excel is also required.
">Estimated Salary Range: ₹3,50,000 - ₹4,50,000 per annum
