Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • To maintain the front desk area in an organized and presentable manner.
    • To greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
    • To handle all incoming calls and respond accordingly.
    • To receive and distribute letters, packages, and other mail.
    • To prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
    • To monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
    • To maintain updated records and files.
    • To oversee office expenses and costs.
    • To undertake additional duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements and scheduling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a front desk representative or relevant position.
    • Familiarity with office machines, including fax and printer equipment.
    • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping principles.
    • Excellent proficiency in English (oral and written).
    • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Effective problem-solving skills.
    • Customer service orientation.
