Job Profile: Front Desk Executive cum Admin
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Maintain security by following safety procedures & controlling access via the reception desk.
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via communication channels.
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence & securing parcels.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skills in English/Gujarati/Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel sheets & all over computer knowledge.
