Job Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist to join our team at Avionic Consulting Solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a professional image of the company.

  1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and internal staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk activities, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks.
  3. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues, to ensure seamless interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Operational skills in EPABX System and computer
  • Database management skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Working Hours

10:00 am to 07:00 pm, with a second Saturday of every month off
