Job Description:

Lavana Lifestyle solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Operations Manager to join their team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless communication with guests, and managing the day-to-day activities of the front desk staff.

Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Guest Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • Scheduling: Manage the shift schedules of the front desk staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to the front desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with the front desk staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk management or related role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
