Front Office Coordinator

Job DescriptionAs a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating work requests from clients, collaborating with the on-site team, and maintaining reports and data for transparency and information purposes.
You will also be required to receive and answer incoming calls, log calls through software, and set up reports for clients and Sodexo.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of data and information relating to the facility is also crucial in this role.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have a HSC or equivalent degree, minimum 2 years' experience in facility management or hospitality industry, excellent knowledge of Word and Excel, and excellent customer service skills.
Able to deal with various types of people, effective time management skills, and professional appearance at all times are also essential requirements.
