Job Title: Business Development Associate

We are seeking a seasoned professional to strengthen our partnerships network in Central India. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, partnerships, and business development, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. As a core member of the Partnerships team, you will represent us in external meetings, secure proposals, negotiate terms, and deliver on defined sales and partnership targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conducting partner meetings, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Leading discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensuring all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
  • Working towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Representing us in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
  • Maintaining market intelligence on tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.

This role requires frequent travel across India and the ability to work independently in remote settings when stationed at partner locations.
