Key Technical Expertise Sought
Our organization is looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support, training and developing users and partners in India.
- Providing technical assistance to channel partners;
- Developing/Translating technical instructional materials and conducting technical training sessions for channel partners and end-users;
- Preparing/Translating technical documentation;
- Participating in customer visits;
- Developing applications for trade shows and seminars.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support and train users and partners on Dobot robots and applications;
- Develop and translate technical educational materials;
- Prepare and translate technical documentation;
- Participate in customer visits and trade shows;
- Develop applications for trade shows and seminars.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering-related subject;
- Minimum three years' experience in robotics or automation industry;
- Experience in designing and integrating robotic applications;
- Experience in conducting seminars and trainings;
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnosing skills;
- Excellent computer and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as C++, Java, Python, or Lua (a plus).
Travel Expectations: Approximately 90 days per year.
Preferred Qualifications: expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to Dobot robots and applications. Experience working with channel partners, developing and translating technical instructional materials, and participating in customer visits is also preferred.
