Job Title: IT Technical Support Specialist

The IT Helpdesk Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering prompt and efficient technical assistance to clients, addressing a wide range of IT-related issues.

Key responsibilities include providing remote technical support via phone, email, or chat, resolving hardware and software troubles, network connectivity problems, and system configurations.

  • Effective communication with clients is crucial for handling inquiries related to probable causes of the issue, educating them about the issue and course of actions to be taken.
  • Troubleshooting various custom applications used for client operations and tasks such as centralization, backup, vulnerability scans, and data recovery.
  • Analyzing and resolving complex IT business needs presented through tickets, researching available resources efficiently and recommending effective technical solutions.
  • Incident prioritization is critical for minimizing downtime during high-severity incidents such as server failures or widespread outages.
  • Documenting LAN activities, including backups, maintenance, server upgrades, and patching.
