Job Title: PreSales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Presales Specialist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be part of our core team working on opportunities.
  • They will provide value adds from a product/solution knowledge perspective.
  • They will understand Motorola's products and be involved in making presentations to end-customers.
  • They will work closely with partners to position the solution and demonstrate it to the end customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand customer requirements and propose the right solution to the end customer.
  2. Work extensively with partners to position the solution and demonstrate it to the end customer.
  3. Impart periodic training to partners to upgrade skills and focus on partner enablement to handle complex implementations.
  4. Help position Motorola's core strategy with end customers, talk about Motorola's solutions portfolio with end customers/partners.
  5. Grow the market along with the business team.
  6. Coordinate technical support for projects being implemented by partners.
  7. Work with key regulatory agencies for necessary product approvals.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, preferably in Telecommunications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering and/or solutions architecture.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications technologies.
  • Strong general knowledge of IP networking architecture, protocols, and security.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingsness to think out of the box and challenge the status quo.
  • Attention to detail and a flawless execution mindset.
