Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at EMentor Enterprises Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the enterprise software industry.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcenew sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outboundcold calls and emails
- Understand customerneeds and requirements
- Route qualifiedprospects to the appropriate sales executives for furtherdevelopment and closure
- Close sales andachieve quarterly quotas
- Research accountsidentify key players and generateinterest
- Maintain and expand your dataset ofprospects within your assignedterritory
- Perform compelling online demos toprospects
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proveninside sales experience
- A track record ofoverachieving quota
- A strong phone presence andexperience dialing dozens of calls perday
- Proficient with corporate productivityand web presentation tools
- Excellent verbaland written communication skills
- Stronglistening and presentation skills
- Ability tomultitask prioritize and manage timeeffectively
Prior experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in the Saas/Software industry, is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in sales or a related field is also preferred.
SalaryThe estimated salary range for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
