**Job Opportunity: Product Support Associate**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Product Support Associate. This role will play a vital part in supporting users, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the growth of our platform.

As a Product Support Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to users via email and phone calls, ensuring a seamless experience for all authors
  • Upselling premium packages and add-on services to increase awareness of our offerings
  • Educating users about additional publishing services such as cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options
  • Gathering insights from user interactions to identify what works well and areas needing improvement
  • Sharing valuable user feedback with internal teams to inform product improvements and enhance user experience

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for effectively assisting users and conveying information clearly
  • Fluency in Hindi (speaking is essential; reading and writing are advantageous) to engage with users
  • A customer-first mindset, with a genuine passion for helping users succeed
  • A proactive attitude toward upselling and promoting high value services
  • Ability to gather insights from user interactions and report key findings to the team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
