Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Production Support Engineer. This individual will be responsible for providing support and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 production support for our systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 9-12 years of experience in production support at the L2 level.
  • Strong background in SQL, Unix, VB, Powerquery, and Python programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring/job scheduling tools like Control-M.
  • Knowledge of basic support processes such as incident management.
  • Working experience of ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Regulatory reporting experience is an added advantage.
