  • Collaborating with experience providers and internal teams to resolve guest concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Sustaining a friendly, approachable tone throughout all communication.
  • Identifying issues and suggesting improvements to streamline the customer experience.

Our ideal candidate possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, is comfortable using CRM tools and spreadsheets, and can multitask effectively.
