Job Title: Agent Support Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Agent Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of queries while maintaining high satisfaction scores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer support queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Diagnose, resolve, and track issues using existing knowledge bases and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue escalation and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Typing speed of 60-80 WPM.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience in infrastructure, storage, or service desk environments.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace products and platforms.
  • Google Workspace Administrator certification is an advantage.
