
Business Development Representative

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, experience in quota-carrying sales, and knowledge of Edtech or study abroad markets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over-achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with students, and converting leads into sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Create business from new and existing students
- Manage complex negotiations with aspiring students
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with students
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-3 years' quota-carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of Edtech or study abroad
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to convert leads quickly
