We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our growth team in Various Locations :- This role demands a proactive sales professional with a strong track record in B2B or B2C sales, excellent client relationship management skills, and a passion for closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.- Drive end-to-end sales cycles - from lead generation to deal closure.- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Deliver tailored sales pitches and product demos to decision-makers.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align on go-to-market strategies.- Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM hygiene.- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions in North and surrounding 1+ years of proven experience in business development or direct sales roles.- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, especially in high-value B2B segments.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Self-motivated and target-driven with a hunter mentality.
