We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead management, sales, and business development for the region
- Data management to ensure 100% coverage in assigned territory
- Client acquisition campaigns and lead generation to build brand recognition for property services
- Service delivery and client retention
- Providing market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to support marketing efforts
- Achieving targets in designated areas
Requirements:
- Graduation or post-graduation degree with 3-5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales
- Experience in real estate business
- Outgoing personality, confident, self-motivated, and skilled presenter
- Resilience and persistence
- Passion for selling and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong implementation skills
