Job Summary:

Sales professionals play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Experienced individuals are sought to join our team as Senior Sales Executives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies, be able to effectively communicate the company's value proposition, and have excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, arranging business development meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing regular performance updates.

The successful candidate will have a postgraduate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Arrange and lead business development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with Architects, Builders, Contractors, and PMCs for industrial projects.
  • Participate in regular review meetings and ensure seamless client coordination.
  • Prepare daily & weekly progress reports for tracking sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Independently manage accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities and provide regular performance updates.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or industrial projects.
