Responsibilities- Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information via email.
- Maintain accurate records of current and potential customers in CRM software.
- Demonstrate features of products and services, highlighting their value proposition.
- Stay informed about competing products and services, ensuring you can differentiate our offerings.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets is crucial to your success.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 1-5 years of previous experience in an inside sales position for the US market.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales/Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong phone and cold calling skills.
- Complete ownership of projects, minimal management, and extreme autonomy.
