Job Title: Business Integration Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Integration Specialist to lead the integration of acquired companies, develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure successful integration of acquired companies.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive cross-functional coordination across departments to identify integration risks and establish mitigation strategies.
  • Status Meetings: Lead regular status meetings and communicate updates to executive leadership.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with acquired company stakeholders to understand operations and systems.
  • Process Alignment: Align processes, systems, and teams across organizations while minimizing disruption.
  • Synergy Realization: Monitor synergy realization and track performance metrics and KPIs post-integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 7+ years of project management experience with 3–5 years specifically in M&A or post-merger integration.
  • Experience in managing global integrations or working with international teams.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Financial acumen to support synergy tracking and cost management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent).
  • Exposure to change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) is a plus.

GIG Requirement:

This role requires strong program/project management skills, preferably in complex, cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate should have excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
