Marketplace Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing fashion businesses on leading marketplaces.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding and setup of products across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
  • Owning revenue targets for marketplace channels, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase sales.
  • Ensuring product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
  • Developing and executing marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Tracking key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generating actionable insights, and building data-led strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with brand, design, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with platform requirements and building strong relationships with marketplace account managers.

  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • A self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, marketplaces, and digital commerce.
