Job Title: Expert ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow developer to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing secure workflows, integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow, and developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
Key Qualifications:
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) module configuration and customization.
- Familiarity with best practices in IT security, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures.
- Experience integrating third-party security data sources and tools into ServiceNow.
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide) and proficiency in developing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for SIR and/or VR modules.
- Experience supporting large-scale ServiceNow environments (10,000+ users).
- Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., GRC, ITSM, App Engine).
- Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
