Senior ServiceNow QA/Tester with Workday HR Expertise

We seek a highly skilled Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow Tester and a strong understanding of Workday HR, Colleague environment, and workflow automation.

This role requires the ability to design and execute test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests. End-to-end testing expertise is also necessary for designing and running test cases that span multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.

A key responsibility will be evaluating the performance of integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations. Additionally, conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch is crucial to ensure integrations remain intact.

  • Strong understanding of Workday HR and Colleague environment
  • Expertise in workflow automation and end-to-end testing
