Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, passion for digital/eCommerce, and the ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound calls/emails.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Pitch and present DBAs digital marketing and eCommerce solutions to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Represent DBA at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings (if required).
  • Stay updated with digital marketing, eCommerce, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, branding, or eCommerce marketplaces (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:
